Hi there! My name is Vickie James and I am a passionate caterer with over 25 years of experience.  Cooking began for me at the very young age of 10yrs old, after the death of my mother. I had to cook for my younger siblings while our older sister worked.  After many years of cooking, I came to realize my love and passion for cooking was more than that, it was my “Gift from God”.
As a caterer, my goal is to create memorable experiences through food. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, intimate dinner party, or social event, I pride myself on providing exceptional service and attention to detail to make every event special.
I am also skilled in creating customized menus tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client. I use only the freshest, high-quality ingredients to ensure that each dish is not only visually appealing but also delicious.
